So far it is a one day ride. Doesn't mean you can't ride two though I was thinking about staying and riding Sunday too. You do not have to be a member of MTR or Mountain View ATV for this ride. You can ride there once as a guest of a MVATV member, after that you must be a MVATV club member. We have a member who is going to show us around Sat. Some MTR members are planning on joining up the morning of the ride including myself. The MVATV membership is $50.00 per person, per year and their year just started so the pass will be for a full year. It also allows you to ride the new Spearhead Trail System which is supposed to run from KY to WV and the Virginia City trail system (that we are riding Sat.) will be a part of this. The Spearhead Trail System is proposed to open in January of next year. I personally will be taking my SxS and there should be a mix of bikes, SxS's and ATV's on this ride. Give me a call if you need any more info. (423)677-8085

Had a HUGE turnout for the ride! 40+ people give or take, every time I tried to get a headcount people would move around Hard to keep a group of that size together on the trail but we managed pretty well. Frank, our guide for the second half of the day broke a rear axle on his four wheeler coming in to meet us. We managed to get him back out to the truck and loaded up. Thanks to Mike (our morning trail guide) and Frank for showing us around and thanks to everyone who came along on this ride. Sorry I had to leave early, I would like to see more of this place soon. Maybe after Frank gets a new axle
