Riding in the Snow ?

Did any of you get a chance to go riding in the snow? I wanted to but my truck was down & getting it fixed was a priority. Rode around the "yard" here, which was fun. We had some 24" drifts to play in and I spent a little time smashing down the snow drifting on the driveway so it would melt quicker....yeah, I need to order a plow.

I heard the big mountains got a lot of snow, but didn't get up there to confirm it. Maybe next time.

I went riding in the snow today. Still plenty out there is you want to get out there and try it. I wanted to go north but they said they had 16"+ in the mountains of va and ky

I finally made it up on Stone Mtn today. There was still a lot of snow in the shady areas, a few drifts over 24", but mostly 4-5" on the trails. We saw some huge bear tracks, and a herd of deer crossing the ridge.

Snow definitely adds to the adventure, both in the beauty and a bit more risk.
